As Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, Michelle assists with a variety of projects as well as ensuring that operations run smoothly. With a background in marketing, project management, event planning, and design, Michelle brings a versatile skill set to the team. Prior to Ayra Retreats Michelle supported Aaron in his role as CEO at StrataCore. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College.
